Every meal we deliver begins with someone willing to serve.

At Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, more than 800 volunteers help us deliver over 300,000 meals each year to homebound neighbors throughout Spartanburg County. But they deliver much more than food—they bring encouragement, connection, and the reassurance that someone cares.

We’re seeking a Director of Volunteer Recruitment & Engagement to help lead and grow this vital ministry.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing partnerships, and inspiring others to serve. The Director will oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention while strengthening connections with local businesses, churches, schools, and community organizations. The position also provides strategic leadership to ensure our volunteer program continues to grow and meet the increasing needs of our community.
