You can designate Mobile Meals as the recipient of your gift to the United Way by following these three steps:
- Request a Donor Choice Form (Click Here for a Donor Choice Form for United Way of the Piedmont)from your United Way Coordinator and under the “Specific Care” selection, write in:
- Mobile Meals of Spartanburg
PO Box 461
Spartanburg, SC 29304 - Attach the Donor Choice form to your pledge form
Complete the United Way form and designate your gift to Mobile Meals.
