Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Inc. and its related, affiliated and subsidiary units, including chapters and blood service regions will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure.
Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Inc. will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site or a site which is linked to this site, even if there is negligence on the part of the Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Inc. or an authorized Mobile Meals of Spartanburg representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. Refunds for a Donation
If you have made an error in making your one time non-reoccurring donation or change your mind about contributing to Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Inc., we will happily refund your donation, provided that you contact us within 7 days of the donation being made. We will deduct a small administration fee of 3% to cover the costs of refunding your donation. Please note that if you made your donation by card, your refund will be credited to the same card.

If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.
